Se jugo la fecha 8 de la Liga Regional Fútbol del Sur con partidos importantes de cara a la clasificación con el puntero libre. Newbery, ya clasificado, perdió la oportunidad de compartir la punta al ser goleado por San Carlos. Unión de una gran campaña continúa invicto y se metió en cuartos a derrotar al Atlético. Mitre y Sportivo empataron y quedaron en zona de pelea, Sportivo suma un buen punto que lo clasifica. Boca clasificó al golear a Defensores y deja muy comprometido al Defe. Sporting de local goleó a Juventud y también queda clasificado matemáticamente dejando al blanco y negro camilense con un pié afuera.
Corralense, Unión, Boca, Newbery, Sporting y Sportivo ya están en cuartos de final. San Carlos y Mitre dependeran de si mismos. Juventud y Defensores pelearan por un lugar pero deben ganar y esperar resultados.
