Por el Día de la Madre, la Liga Regional Fútbol del Sur postergó una hora el inicio de los encuentros de este domingo, en el cual, se definieron los clasificados a cuartos de final del Torneo Clausura.

Como ya nos tiene acostumbrados, la última fecha del Torneo en la etapa clasificatoria fué apasionante, Mitre, River, Boca y Juventud definian en sus partidos todo para clasificar, debian sumar, y esperar el resultado de Juventud que podía obligar a un repechaje o dejar a uno eliminado, y asi fué. Boca quedó eliminado al perder con Mitre en Camilo Aldao, tenía un punto mas que Juventud, debía ganar, o en caso de empatar o perder, esperar a que Juventud empate o pierda. Pero Boca caía con Mitre por 3-0 y Juventud empataba con Atlético 0-0 y eso, obligaba a un repechaje en un clásico camilense, pero cuando se apagaba el partido, el blanco y nergro de Camilo Aldao marcó el gol que le dió la victoria y la clasificación, y Boca quedó eliminado junto a Altético y Unión que ya jugaban sin chances.
